Giveaway terms and conditions

• Winners will be selected at random and notified by email on Sunday, July 13, 2025. Winners must reply to the winner notification email within 24 hours of it’s sent timestamp to claim their prize. If there is no response in 24 hours the winner forfeits their prize claim and a new winner is selected at random.

• Entry submissions will be accepted only on the dates of the Portland Night Market - July 11 and July 12, 2025. Any email addresses submitted before 12:01 AM July 11 or after 11:59 PM July 12 will not be considered.

• This giveaway is a promotion running only during the Portland Night Market dates (July 11 and July 12), and is open to residents of the continental US only.

• One giveaway entry per email submitted. Multiple submissions of the same email address will not be considered.

• Prize plants are supplied at the discretion of Obi Plants, LLC, and cannot be exchanged for different items or any monetary value.

• Winners in the Portland metro area will receive their prize plant via local pick up or meet up to be arranged with Obi Plants, LLC. Winners outside the Portland metro area will be shipped their prize plant at no cost. Obi Plants, LLC is not responsible for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages in shipping. Winner will not be compensated for any damage to their prize plant due to shipping issues.

• Emails submitted for this giveaway will be added to the Obi Plants newsletter list. The newsletter launch date is yet to be determined. Recipients may opt out at any time.

• Any violation of these rules and conditions will be cause for entry to be disqualified.
